We are honored to join hands with others in the spirit of giving. Each year, the R & C Jones Memorial Fund makes a committed effort to support organizations that care for, feed, and clothe those in need. By empowering these groups to fulfill their missions, we remain true to our own: serving the most vulnerable among us.

As we reflect on 2024, we are pleased to share the meaningful ways the Fund has made an impact. We hope these highlights inspire you to continue supporting our mission:

2024 Fund Highlights

Back-to-School Donations
We supported the Hernando County Educational Foundation and the Word of Faith Family Cathedral Back-to-School Project in Atlanta, GA, providing essential school supplies to children in need. -
Nazareth House Orphanage – Johannesburg, South Africa
Continuing our longstanding partnership, the Fund made bi-monthly donations for fresh vegetables to supply their soup kitchen and support disabled children in Yeoville. -
West Hernando Middle School PBIS Program
We contributed to the Positive Behavior Incentive System (PBIS), a rewards-based initiative designed to promote and reinforce positive behavior among middle school students. -
Educational Sponsorship – South Africa
The Fund sponsored a family in need by purchasing school uniforms, supplies, and outerwear for the 2024 academic year. -
Thanksgiving Meals – Hernando County, FL
Partnering with the county’s Students and Families in Transition Program, we provided Thanksgiving meals to ten homeless students and their families. -
Christian Love Tabernacle II – Florence, SC
We supported the church’s food pantry through financial donations to help feed local families. -
Hurricane Helene Relief Effort – Hernando County, FL
In response to the impact of two hurricanes in 2024, the Fund launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise relief funds for affected residents. -
Summer Reading Bash – Hernando County Educational Foundation
The Fund participated in this literacy initiative by distributing free educational materials and backpacks to local children. -
Northeast Elite Dance Team – Baltimore, MD
We awarded a grant to provide uniforms for this inner-city youth dance team, promoting positive extracurricular engagement. -
Special Projects – Uganda
Donations supported the purchase of goats for milk production, bicycles for church leadership transportation, and feminine hygiene kits for women in the church community.
